mazahir.pro is the personal website of Mazahir Kaizar Arsiwala, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your data, email i@mazahir.pro. Work you engage Spicer Pegler, Brooks ME or Brooks Biz Solutions for is covered by that firm's own terms and privacy notice.
What we collect
Sign-ups. When you join the newsletter or ask for deadline reminders, we keep your email address, your name if you give it, which list you joined and the date. They are stored on this site's web host (Bluehost) in a folder that is not publicly reachable, and a copy of the sign-up is emailed to Mazahir's work mailbox. We use them only to send what you asked for. We never sell or share them.
The tools on the page. The registration check, gratuity calculator and deadline calendar run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send them, for example with the WhatsApp button.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, the country and the type of device. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Microsoft Clarity, only if you agree. If you accept on the cookie bar, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can make the tools easier to use. It sets cookies, masks what you type into forms, and the data is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If you decline, Clarity is never loaded. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page.
Server logs. Like every website, our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser and time of each request) for security and to keep the site running.
Other services we link to
The office maps are provided by Google Maps and load from Google when you scroll to them. Booking a call uses Microsoft Bookings, and the chat buttons open WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram. Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which applies once you use it.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Email i@mazahir.pro and we will act on it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Clarity and Cloudflare keep their statistics for the periods set by Microsoft and Cloudflare.
We may update this page when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
